To Whom It May Concern:
I moved to
I have found that several of the employees working at your location are extremely rude. For example, yesterday I was waiting in line when one of the employees at the counter started saying “Next customer…” Evidently, she was going to finish by saying “Next customer who is picking up a package,” but never finished. Upon hearing “next customer”, the next customer in line started walking forward. At this point, the employee became extremely irate and yelled “Get back in line!” When I got up to the counter to pick up a package, the same employee was short with me and not at all cordial. Unfortunately I did not think to get this employee’s name.
In just the several times that I have visited this post office, I have witnessed many instances of rudeness by the employees. I find this to be completely unnecessary. I work in customer service and support, and I know that it is neither nice nor necessary to be rude with customers. It does not matter that the post office is run by the government and is not very much motivated by profit. This is no excuse.
I expect to receive a letter in response detailing what steps you intend to take to improve customer relations at this post office location.
Sincerely,
Stuart Matthews
