Chevy's Fresh Mex
To Whom It May Concern:
I
frequently dine at your restaurants in
Many of your meals come with rice and beans. The rice and beans both taste pretty good, but obviously not as good as the main entrée. Now, most people are going to eat all of the tastier part of their meal and maybe eat the rice and beans. I know from experience that the rice and beans often do not get eaten. I can only imagine how much food gets wasted because of this.
A simple solution to this problem would be for the servers to ask “Would you like rice and beans with your meal at no extra charge?” Or, maybe you could bring out a small bowl of rice and beans for the entire table, and have them be “all you can eat” like the tortilla chips. I know these two items are not very expensive, but Chevy's Fresh Mex could save a considerable amount of money by not wasting all of these rice and beans.
I hope you consider my suggestions. I would love to hear back from you in regards to any thought you have given to what I have said.
Sincerely,
Stuart Matthews
