Dear Mr. Hiban,

Today, as I was returning from classes, I saw a Volkswagen Beetle driving down the road.  I noticed that it read “Pat Hiban” on the side of the car.  I thought to myself, “Wow!  It is Pat Hiban, in the flesh!”  I was excited to see a real estate celebrity.  When I looked up from the side of the car, expecting to see my favorite real estate agent, I was surprised to see that you were not driving the car!  I can only assume that the car was yours.  When I write my name on something, I do not expect someone else to be using it.  I am afraid your car may have been stolen.

For the police report, the car was spotted on Howard Street approaching US Route 1 in Savage, MD.  I wish you the best of luck in recovering your stolen property.  I would appreciate it if you would write back with an update to this incident.
